Our Company

Established in 1996, Flight Medical Innovations Ltd. specializes in the development, manufacturing and marketing of high-end versatile ventilators.

Flight Medical’s flagship products are the Ventoux series and Flight 60 ventilators – a state of the art feature loaded portable ventilators. Both incorporating Flight Medical’s technology, providing ICU quality performance to pediatric and adult patients.

With over 25,000 ventilators deployed worldwide in the last 25 years for use in home care, long term care, critical care, emergency transport and disaster preparedness, Flight Medical’s ventilators won their reputation as truly reliable, easy to use and functionality rich ventilators.

Dr. Moshe Benshaul

Chairman

Dr. Moshe Benshaul founded Ilex Group in 1984, as its CEO. developed the group from an IVD Israeli supplier to a multinational business group.
Previous to founding ilex he was group country manager for Instrumentation Laboratory (IL), an IVD company with HQ in Lexington Mass. USA. and from 1970 to 1976 served as the Managing Director for the Israeli subsidiary of Varian Associates (Palo Alto CA.) a world leader in scientific instrumentation, linear accelerators and information systems. following his University graduation , joined the C.E.R.B.A. the largest French biomedical laboratory group, located near Paris, as Laboratory Manager.

Amir Kleinstern

CEO of Flight Medical

Amir Kleinstern has 25 years of diverse experience in the Israeli High-Tech industry. Among his various positions, Amir served as the Managing Director of Nur Asia Pacific Ltd and as the COO of BioPetroClean Ltd.
Amir’s roles included, Business development, Project management, R&D, Marketing, and more.
Amir holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc degrees in Mathematics and Computer Sciences, both from Ben-Gurion University.

Shauna Winston

RRT , RCP, Director of sales – North America

Shauna is a Respiratory Care Practitioner, experienced in the care of adult and pediatric acute care populations.
For more than a decade Ms. Winston has worked as a sales and marketing healthcare executive, in the sales of medical devices and population health services.

Andrew Tsoran

VP of Sales -Asia Pacific & Europe

Andrew possesses broad experience and knowledge in commercialization of medical devices on global scale. Before joining Flight Medical he was responsible for business development in APAC, sales and marketing of Curative Medical. Mr. Tsaran holds a Msc. in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion and MBA at East China University of Technology.

Prof. Pinhas Halpern, MD

Chair of Department of Emergency Medicine, Tel Aviv Medical Center.
Chair of the Tel Aviv University Division of Emergency Medicine and its founder.
Involved in creating the specialty of Emergency Medicine in Israel in 1999 as President of the Israeli Association for Emergency Medicine.
Heavily engaged in disaster preparedness and emergency medicine development in Israel.
